First I must say that I know that many of these items are UN-purchasable due to cost. However, they are worth mentioning because I have tried them in store and find these particular beauty products to be AMAZING! Also a portion of my love affair with some of these products have almost everything to do with the packaging and maybe 1% to do with the actual product. I will now post based on brand.
BARE ESCENTUALS KIT
1. Warmth
This is my favorite product in the kit. I purchased this kit a long time ago, unfortunately it was before they improved the packaging and I ended up losing a lot of the product due to spilling. Warmth gives my face a really gorgeous glow. the other products are ok.
CAUDALIE
1. Firming concentrate
I got this as a sample and wow I am totally amazed. My skin feels tighter after one use and I used it on my chin area too. Plus this made my skin feel super silky. I am in love. I don't love the price but it isn't as shocking to me, probably because it is a body treatment. I also have not tried other products by this brand yet, but I might because I love this product.
DIOR
1. Dior Addict Lipglow: I actually own this item and love love the packaging. It reminds me of the dior addict fragrance (which I totally don't like). this way I get to carry around the cute little tube without having to wear the fragrance, whoopee!! I do however love the pinky tinted flush it gives my lips. There is 2 downsides to this product. Whopping pricetag and really sweet smell. :( However because I wear this all the time, and it gives me the perfect lip color when paired with a purply lip stain, this will most likely be on a repurchase list.
this product plumps my lips without making them look like a duck. Plus it has a nice tingly feeling and works great with the lip glow product. I admit the packaging is not as cool as the lip glow and it is actually slightly pricier. I did try this one on in the store and would purchase it over any of the other lip glosses. Probably because I feel like if I am spending big bucks, it better do something lasting. See the lip glow makes my lips soft and the softness lasts. Regular lip color wears off really quick for me:( Lip gloss stays on even less:( Huge price is also a big bummer:( I am undecided on whether this product is worth purchasing, but I really loved it and the product stayed on my lips.
PHILOSOPHY
1. Purity made Simple
I really like this face wash. I got it once when I was having my makeup done and it is awesome. It really gets my eye makeup and mascara off and makes me feel clean.
TARTE
1. Smoldereyes
I tried this on in the store, it is a great shadow liner. very creamy.
Love the way it has both the stain and plumper in one. Easy to carry around!
I don't know why they don't sell it online anymore. But this is a huge bummer to me.
3. Maracuja oil
this product is AMAZING! that is all. I admit I love the packaging, but it makes my skin fantastic. I did however find it on ebay for a much better price:)
1. sheer color
I love the smell of this.
There is a great deal more to add to this list, and I did not mention some products that I have raved about before like the stila convertible color in poppy. Unfortunately, I am getting tired and need to call it a night.
