The Makeup forever color is definitely more of a brownish purply red vs the bright red. It also has more of a sheen to it than the MAC one. Russian red is more of a matte bright red color. Honestly I do think the makeup forever shade looks better on me. Unfortunately its discontinued so I have to stick to my old one and make it last.
Well I seriously and definitely still think that Mac Russian Red looked amazing on you.
ReplyDeleteThanks, mom and dad both thought that it looked cheap on both me and Roberta. I still like it, but I compared it to my original red and see a difference now. Before I thought they were crazy, but I can definitely see how Russian Red is more secretary red than the other one I have.
