Watching creepy movie and browsing diet sites.
I am considering joining e-diets or weight watchers.
I am going to start by creating a list and grocery shopping tomorrow. We can pick up some foods at costco tomorrow.
Some food items
cereal
milk
bread
low fat cheese
turkey
lettuce
tomato
steamed meals
yogurt
low cal cereal bars
fish
beans
rice packets
tuna
I am going to try o do a modified special k diet first. I will be eating cereal once or twice a day and making my own meals for dinner.
something like that.
