So I have primarily been walking lately. But I invested in the fluidity ballet bar which I got on amazon.
I figure I can do this twice a week and continue with my walking or Zumba three days a week. The thing is when I do the Walking and Zumba give me the cardio workout while the ballet barre gives me the toning that I need. In the meantime I have been trying to do ballet stretches. I use my table like a barre but I like this barre because I can fold it into the closet and do pull ups to workout my arms. I honestly don't workout for very long. It takes approximately thirty-45 minutes when Im walking either 2-3 miles. It takes 20 minutes to do zumba and the toning will take 30 minutes.
I always have to follow this with a shower so I tend to do this on my days off or in the evening. When I have class I think doing the half hour of barre would be great because I usually don't want to do cardio after 10 when I get back from school, but need some stretching to kind of shake out my legs from sitting for three hours.
