Its good because the weekend is thanksfully here. It is not because we are moving out completely. Tonight we still have some last minute items to take out of the apartment. Then we have to do a bit of a scrub down on saturday. I finished all my stat hmk so I just need to study and review it. I plan on doing a bit of studying on Sunday. Tonight I want to have my toys and wedding stuff organized and put away along with the bathroom stuff.

Saturday we need to get gifts for Kathryn, Joseph and Andrew.
Then Sunday we have our inspection.

So here is my cleaning and organizing schedule for the weekend and week.

Finish George Room, and dining room (put up workout equipment)

Plus I finished all my online and written hmk for stat. This means I have the rest of the week and next week to prepare for my exam:) Finally, giving myself more than like 2 days to study. I am pretty proud. ALthough I kinda did waste my entire day studying.

Fun october wedding stuff,,, and im tired now

I am also really cold and find spiders insanely annoying. Why are there so many inthis house!!!!!

With that said I am so glad I have tomorrow off. I am going to study and then unpack all day.

So far I unpacked all my clothes and some of my doodads.

Also I have been thinking Halloween would be an awesome time to throw our wedding reception. Given that I happen to love that holiday and its not a holiday that everyone has to be with family. Plus I don't want to have it be sooo focused on wedding but have it be more of a reunion type of party to get all our friends and family there. Plus its still a good ways away.

Plus I can put in some more style that I happen to like into it. for example with this awesome pumpkin patch cake.

Prolly only 1 tier. I figure to cut costs we can either have it in our backyard, or rent out a decently priced place and hire a dj and caterers and leave it at that. I figure they can serve drinks with the caterers and have the place do all the decorating. so that will cut costs too.
We can also have fun doing some do it yourself type stuff. I have to sit with my parents and come up with a budget though, I don't want them to go overboard and George and I are kinda tight on money. But this way we can have a nice party.

I also ran into an old coworker of mine who is willing to give me a pretty cheap designer dress in exchange for some accounting help:) Awesome huh! I would only pay for the alterations.

Im definitely going to have it on the shorter side. But i like the idea of putting black into the dress.

Karine and Joseph are Engaged

I was in the mall with zeba when they called me. I am really excited!!!! The wedding will prolly be some time next year. But still very exciting. Getting stuff ready to move tonight. We have way too much excitement.
A few months ago I got this fortune cookie that said someone in your family will get married soon. I first thought of my sister Roberta. then again Joseph is technically my family, so him getting married soon also makes the fortune cookie come t
rue. Mwahahhahahah! Hilarious.

I am super excited.

Plus last night I went out with Zeba. We figured since we survived business policy we deserved a reward. Even though I will prolly be getting a B. But since we were earlier debating if a D was still passing, a B looks super in comparison. She will prolly get an A. I am still slightly bummed about it, but not bummed enough to cry. Having that be finished is ove3rriding my sadness.

Anyways I found some stuff I simply must have eventually.

Dior lip glow. Made my lips a gorgeous shade of peachy pink. Plus it felt good without leaving color everywhere.
this diamond and sapphire ring that I have been oogling since right after I got engaged.
it will never replace my engagement ring, But one day I want to buy this for myself. I don't want George to give it to me either. I really think this is one of those from me to me gifts. Although by that time they might not even sell this ring anymore or the store may be gone. Sighs!!!

ok time to start cleaning and packing

School is driivng me nuts

So my teacher told me to email him and he would email me back my grade. I emailed him early in the morning yesterday and still nothing from him. Part of me is worried that he did not receive my email but the other part of me thinks he doesnt like me and is just dragging it out. Last time I emailed him both from my email and school email and heard nothing back from him. I emailed him earlier this week with my presentation and nothing. My email shows the email has been sent and received so I know he has it.

Anyways this week is just dragging on.
Also the elevator doesn't work so doing laundry and other chores is a huge pain. Almost hurt my back dragging the laundry downstairs. Tonight I plan on doing lots of cleaning. Sorting through all the junk and dumping. It is so frustrating because george tells me to get packing but we have no room to pack. THe apartment is such a mess of papers and boxes and his toys etc that we can't even move. I could hardly get the laundry out the door. So I refuse to do any packing until all the crap is thrown out. Unfortunately I dont know what papers are important and George is just lagging and lagging when it comes to throwing things away. If he thinks we are going to have anyone in here to help us move, he is totally insane. No one can even get partway in the door. It is making me mad. ANyways I figure by tonight all the stuff in the hallway, kitchen tops, tabletops and living room are going to be cleared out and dumped. That way friday night I can go through the closets and dump that stuff. Saturday I'll clear out the rest of the stuff and be able to start packing.

My throat is sooo sore

I have spent the last couple hours practicing my presentation. My throat hurts and I am having trouble reducing the length of my presentation. We have up to 15 minutes but Iknow I get nervous and end up taking more time when I dont want to. My presentation is about 13 minutes right now and htat doesnt include question time. brb going to practice one more time before I lose my voice. YES!!! I got it down t0 just over 11 minutes, that should cover my nervousness and question times. I still need more practice so that I dont read off my note cards but my throat is throbbing right now.

btw I still love starfish stud earrings. So cool huh!

Drained

I am feeling so drained and stressed out. I have been working on some clients stuff for a few hours this morning and am getting hungry. I want to wait till my boss gets in before I go to lunch though. I am going to have a ceaser salad and juice for lunch.
When I get home I'll relax for an hour before I make dinner and practice presenting my presentation. At least I have the powerpoint done. then I will pack another box of my stuff before I go to bed.

This week is also hectic. I have my presentation to give tomorrow. Then Wed night I am working on stat as well as getting all the laundry done.

Thursday I'll be cleaning house and throwing away stuff we don't need.
I'll also be doing laundry.

Friday night I'm meeting with zeba and then doing some cleaning and packing when I get home.
Saturday is packing and moving as well as sunday. our apartment should be fairly empty by sunday.

At some point I also have to meet with the damn school couselor to discuss what other classes I need to graduate.

Overwhelmed

I am feeling totally overwhelmed right now. I need to call my mom, which I'll do right after this email and then I'll continue doing hmk.

I am about to submit my chapter 8 quiz. then tonight I am completing all the hmk. Tomorrow i am coming up with a notecard and studying for my third exam. Saturday morning I have to go to Meriwest. Then take my exam. After that i need to create my power point presentation and at least get started on a draft for my notecards. Sunday I have to practice presenting and pack. Aahhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!
I am completely overwhelmed.

So after work I was laying in bed for a few minutes. I was trying to find this small jewelry box to put my ring in for evening and leaned over. I leaned too far and found that I would fall if I couldn't push myself up. So I figured if I let go of the side table just a little, I could push myself off the wall. I was wrong. I ended up missing the wall entirely and twisting my arm and wrist and falling, hitting my head and my body against the wall and the glass door. Ouch!!!!

So I caved and bought the epilady shaver that my sister has. OMG it hurts hella bad when I try to shave my arms. I couldn't shave my legs because the hair was too short and the tweezer things couldnt catch on to them. But yeah totally pinched. I dont think I'll be shaving my arms. I think I'll just use it for my armpits, legs, and bikini area. I love that it comes with a charger and a carrying case though. Perfect for travel.
